Whew, awesome day.

Deadlift 102.5x5x3. (really easy)
Bench 65x5x3. (really hard).
Curls 25x8x3.
Dips 17.5x5x3.

And also, squat 100x2. yew!!!

217.0g + 275.8g + 101.3g = 2896cals
