I did it. Finally.
I joined the gym in Chandler and am now getting coaching for Olympic Weightlifting. I am also banned from the bench press.
Mobility issues aside, it's great. Booked in for the physio next Monday, and got a 135 BS last weekend.
E joined with me too. We now train together. It's good.
I look forward to what's to come. No more gym, no more powerlifting, just weightlifting.

Day 63
Hi, I'm back.
So I stopped again and then started again. This time I'm even stronger than before, at less weight. 31/09/2012 I weighed 59.96 kg. This puts me in the 60kg (132lb) class, and I pulled 130/100/145 (286/220/320). I was pretty happy with the 100kg bench, a big milestone for me. The CAPO National record for Open Men's 60kg is 100kg, so I hope to smash that. Of course in other countries there are genetic freaks (little black men who are 5'2 and strong as f***) who dominate my weight category right now, but hopefully if I were to compete in the future I would probably want to move up to the 67.5kg weight class. Anyway for now I'm extremely satisfied. I've met the Ex-rx Advanced standards for squat and bench which are something like 127.5 and 95 respectively, however I'm very lacking on my deadlifts (which I will work on from now) so hopefully I can get Advanced on that (155) before I get heavier.
Anyway university has been horribly taxing on me, in terms of sleeping and eating habits. I'll recap:
130/100/145 @ 59.96.
I'll definitely improve this by next month. See you then maybe. Or even sooner.
