Woops missed a few days. Skipped gym on Sat, but came back on Monday alot stronger anyway. Rest sometimes is really beneficial, especially with a stressful routine like mine.
Yesterday:
Squat 92.5x5x3 (easy as pie)
Press 40x5x3 (also quite easy)
Chinups 16.25x5x3 (easy)
Triceps 25x8x3 (lol)
Tomorrow:
Deadlift 110x5x3
Bench 67.5x5x3
Curls 32.5x8x3
Dips 21.25x8x3
