Day ???

Weightlifting going well.

Had a long break. Lost a bit of strength, but not that important right now. Technique is coming together, and mobility is much improved.

PB Power Clean 65kg
PB Split Jerk 40kg
PB Power Snatch 30kg

Current FS max 5x75kg
Current BS max 5x80kg, 2x90kg

First competition coming up on April 20th. Will probably check in then.
